At Paradiso Del Mar Villa, we are devoted to providing our guests with a memorable and seamless escape. Due to the exclusive nature of our private estate and the challenges of rebooking on short notice, the following policy is in place to ensure clarity and fairness for every reservation.
Cancellations made at least 90 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a 100% refund, less any applicable credit card processing fees. Credit card fees do not apply to payments made via direct bank transfer.
Cancellations made between 89 and 50 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total deposit paid.
Cancellations or reservations made 49 days or less before the arrival date are non-refundable. Due to the high demand and limited availability of the villa, this period is strictly non-refundable.
