Paradiso Del Mar Villa
To ensure clarity, fairness, and a seamless experience for every guest of Paradiso Del Mar Villa, the following policies apply to all reservations. Please review carefully prior to confirming your stay.
Guest-requested services arranged through Villa PM — including, but not limited to, third-party vendors, excursions, spa services, rentals, transportation, groceries, alcohol, beverages, additional staffing, special event services, entertainment, decorations, equipment rentals, and other concierge-requested services — may be added to the final checkout invoice.
A standard 10% administration fee may be applied to these items for coordination, scheduling, vendor communication, staffing support, payment handling, and service management.
If the guest chooses to pay the checkout invoice by credit card, an additional 8% credit card processing fee will apply. This fee covers the cost of processing card payments and is separate from the administration fee.
Villa PM pricing is based on the number of registered guests included in the reservation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the standard rental rate includes up to 10 registered guests.
If a reservation is confirmed for fewer than 10 guests, that agreed number becomes the approved registered guest count for the stay. Any additional guests above the approved registered guest count must be disclosed and approved before arrival, and may be charged at USD $250 per additional guest, per day.
All guests, visitors, and invitees must be disclosed and approved in advance. Any unapproved guests who attend, visit, or stay at the villa without prior written approval may result in additional charges of up to USD $1,200 per guest, per day.
The following cancellation terms apply to all confirmed reservations at Paradiso Del Mar Villa.
*Cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival are non-refundable, unless the dates are successfully rebooked.
By confirming a reservation with Paradiso Del Mar Villa, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined above.
