At Villa PM, we strive to provide a luxurious and exclusive experience for our guests. To maintain the privacy and comfort of all visitors, please note that any group exceeding two additional guests invited to the property will incur a $300/day (including tax) entrance fee per person to enjoy the villa grounds. Should the group increase to six additional guests, the first two guests will also be subject to this entrance fee.

For any gathering of seven or more additional guests, an Event Space Fee of USD $10,000.00 plus a 22% tax will be required from the Primary Guest. Please be advised that, at any time, the number of additional guests must not exceed 25 people on the villa grounds. These policies ensure that all guests enjoy an exceptional and uninterrupted experience at Villa PM.

Paradiso Del Mar Villa (Villa PM) Cancellation Policy

At Paradiso Del Mar Villa, we strive to provide our guests with a memorable and seamless vacation experience. Due to the exclusive nature of our villa and the challenges of rebooking on short notice, we have implemented the following cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness. 1. Full Refund – 60 Days PriorCancellations made at least 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a 100% refund, minus any applicable credit card fees. (Note: Credit card fees do not apply to payments made via direct bank transfer.)

2. Partial Refund – 59 to 40 Days Prior Cancellations made between 59 and 40 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total deposit paid.

3. No Refund – 39 Days Prior Cancellations made 39 days or less before the arrival date are nonrefundable. Due to the high demand and limited availability of the villa, this period is strictly nonrefundable.

Extended Cancellation Courtesy for Returning Guests

As a valued returning guest, we are pleased to offer an extended cancellation window:

• Cancellations made between 59 and 30 days before arrival will qualify for a 50% refund of the deposit paid.

• The nonrefundable period for returning guests begins 29 days prior to the arrival date. This policy is designed to offer flexibility to our returning guests while maintaining the integrity of our booking commitments. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
